Hello again…….

The excitement never seems to end. Within our full time jobs as guides coffee is a very unifying topic for many.

We are enjoying roasting and our image and personality is taking shape of that of coffee in the outdoors and enjoying nature.

News is that our barrel aged experiment is coming to market soon and is not really going to be profitable but more of a nice suprise to the community.

Additionally we are now selling in the only supermarket in town, which we find so exciting to walk undercover and see people eager to take a bag home.

It may be that our roaster will have to enter a roasting compitition, after being invited several times seems rude to say no.

some days it is hard to answer the e-mails or chase suppliers etc but the end goal is worth it and slowly but surely our vision of changing Svalbards coffee scene is coming to light.

When it gets dark again we will offer a few workshops in brewing or tasting sessions again.

getting our coffee out to sea is proving a little challenging however. But we would like to know if you have any ideas for us to try, improve etc. we are open to feedback.
