Hello again…….

so the latest news from the most northern roastery in the world.

we are ready for the summer of 2025 and ordering more coffees to join us.

new artworks, new coffees, new roasting styles and new adventures.

we still opperate as a part time roastery and take our coffees into the nature almost daily.

We are building and growing slowly but sustainably and still massively enjoy the process.

are you visiting? the renovations on the roastery are almost complete.

However the roastery is located outside of the polar bear safe zone so safety is key and we are not always there as our activities takes us around the island.
