This coffee is our very first blend to be offered from the roastery, and it comes with a unique and special twist. The blend itself will change every three months to align with the current season that Svalbard is experiencing, allowing it to capture the distinct mood and essence of Longyearbyen and the expanse of nature outside of the city limits.
Each iteration of the blend is crafted using premium coffees that we do not sell individually, providing our customers with a truly exclusive experience in savoring this unique creation.
Dark season- “Silence”- Nutty, Cinamon & Honey. Oct-March
During the polar night and beginning of winter
Spring- “Awaken”- Apple Dried Fruit & Floral. March-June
For when the sun returns up until midnight sun
Summer- “Energise”- Apple , Brown Sugar & Butter. June-Aug
For the midnight sun and busy summer months
Autumn- “Deep Breath”- Chocolate, Hazelnut & Maple Aug- Nov
As the midnight sun ends and everyone relaxes after a busy summer.
